Back Care Forum - Thursday, October 14, 2010 Time: 8:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m. Purpose: To offer a common forum for both the allopathic and chiropractic communities of practice to gather and to share professional knowledge for the improvement of patient care. Targeted Audience: Primary care allopathic and osteopathic physicians, chiropractors, orthopedic surgeons, physical therapist, athletic trainers and advanced practitioners. Fees: $50, students $25 Registration: Deadline is Friday, October 8, 2010; on site registration will be accepted; however space and conference material are not guaranteed after the deadline date. Refund Policy: Full refund if cancellation received by Monday, October 11, 2010. Cancellations received after October 11th are not refundable but substitutions will be accepted. Foundation Day - Thursday, November 4, 2010 Time: 8:00 a.m. – 6:00 p.m. Purpose: Foundation Day is a CME activity for area physicians and advanced practitioners featuring external guest speakers and local faculty discussing topics of interest to both the primary care and specialty provider. 2010 Co-chairs are Kirk Moberg, MD, Phd and Bharat Gopal, MD. Targeted Audience: Physicians, surgeons, chiropractors, podiatrists, psychologists, physician assistants and advanced practice nurses.. Fees: No Fee Registration: Deadline is Friday, October 29, 2010; on site registration will be accepted; however space and conference material are not guaranteed after the deadline date.
