Time: 7:00 a.m. – 7:00 p.m.
Purpose: Foundation Day is a full day CME
activity for area physicians and advanced practitioners. External guest
speakers and local faculty will make presentations on over 40 topics of
interest to both the primary care and specialty provider.
Targeted Audience: Physicians, surgeons,
chiropractors, podiatrists, psychologists, physician assistants and advanced
practice nurses.
Fees: No Fee
Registration: Deadline is Friday, October 27,
2006; on site registration will be accepted; however space and conference
material are not guaranteed after the deadline date.
Dentistry Foundation Day- Friday, November 3, 2006

Time: 8:00 a.m. – 4:00 p.m.
Purpose: To educate audience on various issues
that impact the dentistry practice, including topics such as updates in Oral
and Maxillofacial surgery, Endodontics, Malpractice, Oral Pathology
and Digital Imaging.
Targeted Audience: Dentists and Dental Office
Staff
Fees: $30.00 for non-dentist registrants
Registration: Deadline is Friday, October 20,
2006. Information will be sent out in late August with registration
