Purpose: Foundation Day is a full day CME activity for area physicians and advanced practitioners. External guest speakers and local faculty will make presentations on over 40 topics of interest to both the primary care and specialty provider.
Targeted Audience: Physicians, surgeons, chiropractors, podiatrists, psychologists, physician assistants and advanced practice nurses.
Fees: No Fee
Registration: Deadline is Friday, October 31, 2008; on site registration will be accepted; however space and conference material are not guaranteed after the deadline date.

Time: 8:00 a.m. – 4:00 p.m.
Purpose: To educate audience on various issues that impacts the dentistry practice.
Targeted Audience: Dentists and Dental Office Staff
Fees: $50.00 for all non Dentist, No fee for Dentist
