Refunds for cancellations will only be refunded via the method in which they were paid. After the seven (7) days prior to the conference, refunds are not available. An intermediate-level, multi-disciplinary symposium dedicated to enhancing the knowledge of all forms of brain injury as well as current treatment techniques being utilized across disciplines in rehabilitation medicine.

The purpose of the three-hour workshop is to review the theoretical and empirical research on multicultural clinical supervision – that is, the provision of culturally informed supervision to trainees such that issues related to diversity in all of its complexities are considered in client conceptualization, assessment, intervention and the entire supervision process. Although diversity broadly will be discussed, issues related to race, ethnicity, gender, nationality and their intersections will be the focus. The workshop will also incorporate problem-based learning activities to identify competency benchmarks and to promote best practices.
